These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern
your use of the Leblackbook.com.au Online Store. By placing
an order through Leblackbook.com.au, you express your understanding
and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition
to the Website Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be
bound by these Terms and the ozdesigner.com Site Terms
of Use, you may not use the Leblackbook.com.au Online Store.
These Terms apply only to orders you place using the Leblackbook.com.au
Online Store. If you elect to purchase from other online
retailers, using links provided on Leblackbook.com.au,
orders placed with those vendors may be subject to different
terms.
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through Leblackbook.com.au, we
may verify your method of payment, shipping address before
processing your order. Your placement of an order via the
Leblackbook.com.au Online Store is an offer to purchase
our products. Leblackbook.com.au may accept your order
by processing your payment and shipping the product, or
may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any
part of your order. No order shall be considered to be
accepted by Leblackbook.com.au until the product has been
shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt
to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided
with your order.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the Leblackbook.com.au
Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail
address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding
the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment
of backordered products, and to provide you with any other
notices, disclosures or other communications relating to
your order. You agree that Leblackbook.com.au will not
be responsible for any damage you incur, or information
you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide
a valid e-mail address.
Product Display
Leblackbook.com.au attempts to display as accurately as
possible the colors of the products shown on the Site.
However because the colors you see will depend on many
factors, including your monitor or printer, Leblackbook.com.au
cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product
color. Leblackbook.com.au provides a detailed image of
each garment, ensuring you are provided with accurate information.
Pricing and Product Information
Leblackbook.com.au makes every effort to provide current
and accurate information relating to products, services,
and prices displayed on the Leblackbook.com.au website,
but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any
such information. Information relating to Leblackbook.com.au’s
products is subject to change without notice. Prices are
subject to change at any time prior to Leblackbook.com.au’s
acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material
error in the description or availability of a product or
service that affects your outstanding order with Leblackbook.com.au,
or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected
version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version,
or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order,
and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase,
Leblackbook.com.au will issue a credit to your nominated
account in the amount of the charge.
Security and Privacy
The Leblackbook.com.au Online Store follows the industry
standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for
the transfer of sensitive data over the internet.
When entering your credit card number online, a "key-lock" icon
will appear in the bottom right of your browser window.
This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated
for the transfer of your personal information. A second
indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL
will begin with "https".
Payment and Shipment
Australian Domestic shipping:
Note* Orders Paid by Bank Deposit or PayPal will not
be posted until the payment has cleared.
(This can take from 1 to 3 working days depending
on your banking institution.)
Our chosen courier company is TNT express.
We charge a flat rate of an extremely low $8.99AU for any
purchase.
The parcel can take from 1 to 4 working days to arrive
depending on where you live.
There may be a delay in shipping over sale periods.
Note* Le Black Book cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
A signature is required on delivery; therefore, we recommend
a work address if more convenient. If no one is available
to sign for the parcel, 2 more attempts will be made to
deliver it before returning back to us.
If you have any special instructions, e.g. you would like
the courier to leave the parcel at the back door if you
are not home, please make a note of this in the comments
box when going through checkout.
Shipping to International Destinations (outside of
Australia):
Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within
3-10 working days, however, due to various countries Customs
Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for delays.
Please read this carefully! For us to process your international
order, you must read and accept the following agreement:
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges
or additional charges levied by your country of entry.
Furthermore, Le Black Book is not responsible for any additional
charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia.
Should charges be levied in your country, and should you
refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for
all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred
by Le Black Book. When the returned merchandise is received
by Le Black Book, you card account will be credited for
the merchandise only.
If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges
and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility,
not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing
your order.
We ship via fully insured Registered Air mail, at a flat
rate where ever you live in this wide world:
Flat Rate of $18.00 Australian
The shipping charges will be calculated at check-out. Shipping
charges DO NOT include any individual country's customs
fees, tariffs or duties (see below). All packages will
have actual value declared.
This method of shipping is tracked and insured and tracking
information will be sent via email upon shipment.
Sales Tax
Leblackbook.com.au collects and remits GST taxes as required
by law on purchases made via the Site. For orders to oversees
customers that don't pay the tax, the 10% is simply transferred
over to be a handling cost.
Newsletter
We offer a number of free newsletters to share content
information about our site with interested users. Users
may cancel their free email subscriptions by following
the simple instructions at the bottom of each newsletter
or email
Returns
We hope you are happy and confident with your Le Black
Book purchases. However if you feel the item is not what
you wished for, please familiarize yourself with our returns
policy.
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact
us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know
you will be returning the item.
All items that are sent back must be posted via registered
post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and
goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask
that you always post the item back via registered post.
It is very important that customers email or call through
with the registration number as this is the number that
will be used for insurance a registered item is void without
it.
We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn,
have all tags attached and are in brand new condition.
The item must be sent back within 7 days.
You are free to choose a full refund (not available with
discount codes/sale items), exchange (if in stock), or
a store credit.
Sale Items
For sale goods or discount codes, we are unable to offer
a refund, however you are welcome to exchange or have a
store credit issued to your Le Black Book account, unless
otherwise stated in the sale promo.
If the Le Black Book quality control notes that the item
has been damaged or worn we reserve the right to return
the item back to you with no refund or exchange!
Return Methods
1: Email the Le Black Book returns department at info@leblackbook.com.au to
inform them that you will be returning the item.
We will promptly reply to your email and advise of the
delivery address. If you would like to speak with the returns
department, please provide the best contact number and
we will contact you as soon as possible.
2: Make sure the item is in brand new as purchased perfect
condition, has all tags attached, and you still have the invoice of purchase.
3: Send the item with tags attached and the invoice via registered post within
the 7 day time to the address emailed to you
Include your full name, address, telephone number, and
if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please also state the way you purchased the item.
4: Email the Le Black Book returns department at info@leblackbook.com.au with
the registered post number.
5: Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to process after
goods have been received.

and subject to copyright. The information on this Site
is protected under Australian copyright laws. Subject to
provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia), you must
not in any form or by any means:

distribute, print, publish or create derivative works from
any information or material on this Site;
(b) alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or
modify any material or information that you receive from
this Site which can be accessed through this Site; or

exclusively by the license terms accompanying the file
or the terms of the license agreement which accompanied
